Q1: How to add coin information?
A: The only way to add new token info is go to ‘Binance Info’ interface, click ‘Create Token Info’ to add new coin. If added new token info is approved, we will display it at the front end.
Q2: We want to modify token information, how to do it?
A: ‘Binance Info’ welcomes every user to edit token information. Firstly, you need to log in your Binance account, go to the token information page which you would like to edit, then click ‘Edit’ button on the right hand side of coin full name. When you complete editing, please click ‘submit’ and wait for reviewing. If your upload is approved, we will display it at the front end.
Q3: If I submitted the same token information as others, what will occur?
A: There is a strict internal reviewing process within ‘Binance Info’. When more than one user submit the same contents, reviewing will strictly follow the order of submission time, accuracy of submission contents, and some other principals. First submission with accurate contents will be approved and displayed.
Q4: How long the reviewing will take?
A: We follow internal reviewing process strictly, we try our best to review your uploaded contents and we will display approved contents as fast as we can.
Q5: Why token editing page shows ‘This Token already exists’?
A: When you submit token information which is already displayed, then ‘This Token already exists’ will be shown.
Q6: Why the ‘submit’ button is grey in the token editing interface?
A: In order to fully ensure the effectiveness of user uploaded contents, when you do not make any change to the current token information, it is impossible to submit.
Q7: Why I can’t upload whitepapers in other formats except PDF?
A: To ensure the authenticity and normalization of uploaded white papers, we are currently only supporting users to upload white papers in PDF format. Please transfer your white papers into PDF formats then upload.
Q8: The language version I choose is not in accordance with the language of uploaded content, is it possible to be approved?
A: At present, ‘Binance Info’ only supports Chinese and English, we highly recommend that the language of your editing contents should be consistent with your selected language version, otherwise your submitted contents will not be approved.
